Liz Rogers Not Expected to Take a Plea Deal

Butler County Prosecutor Mike Gmoser has offered Rogers a diversion program if she admits wrongdoing. Under Ohio law, diversion is offered to non-violent offenders who are unlikely to commit another crime.
