Demarcus Staley, 19, Justin Koch, 18, Jibril Willingham, 20, and Rodney Foster, 19 were arraigned on charges of murder, kidnapping, aggravated robbery and tampering with evidence. The quartet are accused of killing 18-year-old Tyler Kassow, who was shot inside a home on Cincinnati-Columbus Road on Jan. 13. A Butler County judge ordered Staley to be held on a $1.5 million bond, Foster to be held on a $1 million bond, while Koch and Willingham were given $250,000 bond.
