WEST CHESTER, Ohio- Total Eye Care Partners has acquired Omni Eye Specialists in Wilmington, N.C. and Bladen Eye Center located in Elizabethtown, N.C., from Eric Schmidt, OD, FAAO. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
