Parkinson's Wellness, a chapter of the American Parkinson's Disease Association, hosted its fifth annual Steady Strides 5K this month at Lakota West High School in West Chester to raise funds, awareness, and support for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and their loved ones.
